Good experience

I had a recall notice regarding brakes on my 2024 Honda Pilot. I called and made an appointment just a week away. I was greeted by Ricky who quickly drove my car to the service area. I spent my time in the waiting room talking to other interesting customers. 45 minutes later Ricky informed me that they found nothing wrong with the brakes and I was good to go. I've been doing business with Jim Skinner Honda since they purchased the local dealership. I continue to lease cars here because they sell a great product and hire great people.

just bought a used Honda vehicle and was so pleased with the 2 two gentlemen I dealt with. Kris was very patient showing me the ones I was interested in while making up my mind. my husband has a disability and he had great patience with him, even helping him off the curbstone. very much a gentleman. Experience was good.You have to sign a waiver for them doing a B service on the car when I take it to the Acura dealership they don’t do that

Fast service did not try to upsell me other products. Talked to salesman Kris Begley about an additional automobile. He was very honest and helpful. No pressure.
