Jim Skinner is the only dealer to service our 2020 Accord. They have always been timely and fair priced. Our car had a recent issue with the sealed LED headlights. Just so happened Susan Bassett the service manager struck up a conversation as I was walking in. Asked abut my day said it would be good if not having to replace a very expensive headlight. She looked over the vehicle and noticed it was actually both headlights had issues with the LED's. She took it upon herself to contact Honda and explain the situation. The outcome was more than reasonable to get them both replaced!! The whole service team there is great and I wholly recommend

We were on our way back from vacation when a tire pressure light came on. We pulled into the service department and were greeted with a smile from Amanda. She did a fantastic job and had us in and out in 15 minutes! If you need service at this dealership, make sure you see Amanda.

Good experience

I had a recall notice regarding brakes on my 2024 Honda Pilot. I called and made an appointment just a week away. I was greeted by Ricky who quickly drove my car to the service area. I spent my time in the waiting room talking to other interesting customers. 45 minutes later Ricky informed me that they found nothing wrong with the brakes and I was good to go. I've been doing business with Jim Skinner Honda since they purchased the local dealership. I continue to lease cars here because they sell a great product and hire great people.
