“ I had a recall notice regarding brakes on my 2024 Honda Pilot. I called and made an appointment just a week away. I was greeted by Ricky who quickly drove my car to the service area. I spent my time in the waiting room talking to other interesting customers. 45 minutes later Ricky informed me that they found nothing wrong with the brakes and I was good to go. I've been doing business with Jim Skinner Honda since they purchased the local dealership. I continue to lease cars here because they sell a great product and hire great people. ”
