Just so happened Susan Bassett the service manager struck up a conversation as I was walking in. Asked abut my day said it would be good if not having to replace a very expensive headlight. She looked over the vehicle and noticed it was actually both headlights had issues with the LED's. She took it upon herself to contact Honda and explain the situation. The outcome was more than reasonable to get them both replaced!! The whole service team there is great and I wholly recommend ”
